The Church of Christ in Washington, Indiana is looking for a full-time Pulpit Minister. We are looking for a preacher who is sound in the gospel, promotes family values and is willing to be active in our community. He will be expected to preach at Sunday morning and evening services, teach bible classes, and participate in other congregational activities.
Washington is a multicultural town of about 12,000. It has a small hometown feel, but with the I-69 corridor larger cities are easily accessible in 45-50 minutes. Our congregation has two elders and four deacons with an average Sunday morning attendance of 90. We are non-instrumental, but do use technology in our worship services. In addition to our local outreach programs,we support various missions, children's homes, and camps.
