North Point Student Pastor
Job Description:
North Point is a simple, strategic, results oriented church focused on reaching people over keeping people. The Student Pastor leads the local team in providing excellent care for the congregation while implementing/building excellent
execution of the student ministry systems. This person will lead the charge on a local campus to create a safe place for students to find and follow Jesus.

Required Results:
- Teach on both a high school and middle school level.
- A strong healthy weekend first mentality.
- Create community on your campus through groups, building teams and events.
- Lead effective systems of follow-up and connection.
- Live in a healthy ministry rhythm for student operations.
- Build a student leadership program for Highschool.
- Provide leadership for campus staff and ministries.
- Communicate next steps in a way that leads to action.
- Create a safe place for students to find and follow Jesus on your campus.
Required skills:
- Great communicator (fun but leads to spiritual growth)
- Can execute a systematic, strategic process
- Strong ability to build volunteer leaders and volunteer teams
- Solution based thinking
- A passion and drive for reaching the un-churched
- Organizational skills that manage your tasks and time
- Computer skills (Mac preferred)
- Communicate vision and opportunity in a way that leads large groups towards action
- Can lead through conflict in a way that honors people
Required competencies:
- Mac
- Pro presenter
- Social Media (Instagram, snap chat, facebook)
- TicTok (not really, but fun if you are!)
- (Knowledge in video and graphic programs is a plus.)

- Willingness to learn and be self-motivated

Required background:
- History of serving in your local church including current year
- 2+ years of leading teams in a church setting
- Commitment to personal growth evidenced by schooling/training
- History of financial generosity in your local church, including current year
- Experience in leading teams toward measurable goals
- Life giving relationship with Jesus that has resulted in others being drawn to Him.
- Intentional training/education that can contribute to this opportunity
- Proven ability to live free from overwhelming financial debt
