Buckhead Church – Groups Connections Manager
(Reports to the Director of Group Life)

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, strategic thinker to manage multiple projects and group registration processes. As a member of the Groups Team, this person will help pioneer initiatives; collaborate to complete projects; and serve as the

passion for details, but can easily see the big picture.

- Oversee the formative leaderless group process.
- Coordinate and communicate with local and multi-campus adult Groups teams.
- Help evaluate data and trends in order to forecast improvements to the Groups experience.
- Execute the overall email and text communication strategy for the Groups Team.
- Maintain and update the team CMS and CRM.
- Actively engage in meetings, cross-functional working groups, and team development.
- Keep all online tools and platforms up to date.
- Initiate and maintain positive relationships with contractors as needed (e.g., writers, systems coordinators, printers, video editors, photographers).
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace and experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work efficiently without neglecting interpersonal relationships.
- Self-starting and self-directed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment: Approximately 40 Hours/Week, Sunday–Thursday
