Position Title: Director of Operations

Christ the King Church in southwest Charlotte is seeking a full-time person as Director of Operations.

Position Summary:

Purpose: To steward operational integrity and facilities of CtK and ensure compliant and integrated ministry with CtK partners.

Job Overview

The Director of CtK Operations is responsible for overseeing administrative employees, implementing communications procedures between departments, and developing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency throughout CtK’s ministries and partnerships. This person also gives comprehensive oversight, compliance and management of all church properties and equipment, including insurance, contracts, rentals, technologies, and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Experienced team builder.
• Attention to detail and processes.
• Ability to formulate efficient systems with plans and timelines.
• Clear communicator.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair skills.
• Previous experience in operations and facility management, preferably with a non-profit organization.
• Working knowledge of budgets and expense controls.
• Personnel management and evaluation skills.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Salary Range: 70-80K total compensation, plus 20 PTO days and other benefits.
