Elk Horn Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Worship leader to help lead the praise team while collaborating with Pastors, Deacons and Media Director to accomplish our goal of conducting an intimate, high energy, spiritual worship experience that aligns with our vision of being a Soul winning Life changing church. Elk Horn has a weekly attendance of 325 members that hosts a vibrant worship service hosting contemporary music.
Responsibilities:
- Serve God and assist with the vision of Elk Horn Baptist Church.
- Oversee, direct, coordinate, strengthen and develop EHBC praise team.
- Assist in ensuring the worship team are equipped and prepared to worship with the Spirit of Excellence.
- Provide creative input for the Children/Youth worship ministries.
Qualifications:
- A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital growing relationship with him.
- Serve God in a vibrant way with a range of worship music.
- A positive leader who cultivates team building, inspires, and challenges others, leads the team with a spirit of excellence to promote personal and spiritual growth for the worship team and church.
- Leader who is proficient in time management to help assist with rehearsals being focused and productive.
- Playback experience would also be beneficial but not required.
