Job Description:
HOUSEPARENT (F/T) Rent & Utilities as well as a competitive salary.

HOUSEPARENT FOR UAC PROGRAM (F/T) Bilingual required (English/Spanish).

HOUSEPARENT FOR ADOLESCENT BOYS (F/T) Rent & Utilities as well as a competitive salary.

Hours: Works three days during the week from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. as well as all day Saturday & Sunday.

Manages Staff: responsible for the supervision of the household staff. Provides nurture and child care for resident children, mostly evenings, through the night and weekends.

Case Management: duties include but are not limited to: assessment of children's needs, advising administrative office of need for medical or dental appointments, following up with school progress, homework or teacher's conferences, transporting children to and from school, church, outings, etc. Document children’s behavior and incidents.

Manages Household: finances including household petty cash, food and household supplies, local outings and educational and special children needs expenditures. Manages and assists with domestic duties and general organization of the house.
