Partner Care Associate

Location: Brandon, FL (on-site)

Type: Full time, M-F

Reports to: Partner Care Manager

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000

Position Summary:

In the role of Partner Care Associate you will be a key contact for our donors and partners, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to care and connection. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a heart for ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with donors and partners through daily phone calls to express gratitude, answer questions, and pray with them about personal concerns.
  • Handle detailed data entry and record-keeping in our Blackbaud database and Microsoft Excel.
  • Write and send thank-you notes, cards, and emails to maintain partner relationships.
  • Support administrative needs across departments, coordinating on time-sensitive projects and long-term goals.
  • Proactively complete tasks based on general guidance and departmental protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to be trained on database tools, including Blackbaud.
  • Background in ministry, counseling, or prayer, with knowledge of Biblical scriptures and principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills for correspondence.
  • Humble, team-oriented approach with servant leadership qualities.
  • Willing and comfortable assuming multiple roles for different departments.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and respond to queries promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with databases, particularly Blackbaud or willingness to be trained.
  • Customer service experience in a Christian or nonprofit setting.
