Job Title: Creative Arts & Worship Director
Reporting Line: External Focus Director

- Embrace and champion alignment with the mission, strategy and values of Stonepoint Church
- Prepare for and participate in all staff meetings, campus meetings, director meetings as needed, and External Focus meetings.
- Be willing to meet with people on a consistent basis regarding ministry, care, and discipleship.
- Constantly communicate with staff to ensure continuity between other ministries
- Any other task(s) that may be assigned by the Senior Pastor.
Oversight & Responsibilities:
- Experience in leading worship in multiple settings. Strong vocal leadership, proficiency in guitar, keys, and other instruments are a bonus.
- Lead weekend worship with excellence, for the glory of God and the good of His people.
- Strong affinity to help give direction to the band and other vocalists.
- Have the ability to cast vision and implement strategies through a volunteer leadership structure.
- Be mindful to shepherd and diligently care for members of the worship and audio/visual teams.
- Work on the External Focus team and help oversee the creative elements of External Focus ministry objectives.
- Equip serve team members to devote their lives fully to the Lord and His Word, and be willing to shepherd them towards excellence in ministry.
- Ensure that each of our ministry environments are prepared for excellence.
- Collaborate on needs in the creative arts area of focus.
- Organize and coordinate with External Focus Pastor to ensure that weekend services are organized.
- Demonstrate success in scheduling, recruiting, equipping, and developing people to the worship team.
- Be involved in critical meetings that provide vision/oversight for sunday morning gatherings.
- Host and prepare for rehearsal each week.
- Ensure service order in Planning Center is updated week to week for each campus.
Weekly setup to include, but not exclusive to:
- Song selection
- Scheduling of instrumentalist/vocalists
- Announcements
- Video elements
- Effectively manage ministry budgets.
Bonus Skills are a Plus:
- A servant leader that is flexible, hardworking, and resilient.
- Ability to help plan, organize, and accomplish tasks without being overwhelmed.
- Willingness to take our social media to new heights?! That's a bonus for sure!
- The ability to help coordinate with team members to record powerful testimony videos for use within Sunday mornings and other ministries. One testimony video per month is ideal.
- Help champion a strong vocal, visually aesthetic presence for online services.
- Enlist, train, and empower serve team members in audio, lighting and visual components, propresenter, video switching, mixing, and producing roles each Sunday service and other events.
- Integrate stage design, lights, sets for a great weekend experience.
- Experience and proficient knowledge in Planning Center and ProPresenter.
- The willingness to learn Boxcast, lighting software, soundboard, and video switcher is ideal.
