Position Overview
Celebration Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director to lead our middle school and high school ministries. This individual will be responsible for discipling students, building meaningful relationships, and creating environments that inspire young people to follow Jesus. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, an energetic leader, and a passionate disciple-maker who can connect with both students and their families.

We are seeking someone who:
- Is young and dynamic, preferably in their 20s or 30s.
- Is married and models a Christ-centered family life.
- Loves middle and high school students and has a deep passion for guiding them in their walk with Jesus.
- Is outgoing, extraverted, charismatic, and full of energy—someone who thrives on connecting with people and making ministry fun.
- Is a strong communicator who can engage students effectively and inspire them through preaching and teaching and one on one relationships.
- Can develop authentic relationships with students and disciple them in biblical truth.
- Aligns with our Spirit-filled theology and embraces our core values.
- Is tech-savvy and can contribute to video production and social media management to enhance our church’s outreach.
- Not only connects with students but actively partners with parents and families to equip them in discipling their teenagers.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of middle and high school ministry.
- Develop and implement engaging programs, events, and discipleship initiatives for students.
- Preach and teach biblically sound messages that challenge and inspire young people.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of volunteers to help lead the youth ministry effectively.
- Plan and execute youth retreats, camps, outreach initiatives, and other youth related events.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and create opportunities for family involvement.
- Assist with video production and social media efforts to reach and engage students effectively.
- Work closely with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into the overall mission and vision of Celebration Church.
