Position Overview: The Lead Pastor of the English Ministry will report to the KM Senior Pastor with freedom and autonomy to make decisions in the operations and tactical steps taken to achieve the mission/vision of the as it relates to the English Ministry. The Lead Pastor of the English Ministry is responsible for guiding the spiritual growth and development of the congregation, which primarily consists of individuals from college students to families with growing children. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively implement the church's mission and vision, provide biblically sound teaching, and foster a community of engaged and accountable members. This role should also embrace the future of Hebron's inter-dependent model that is "one vision, two households, one family" and collaborates with the KM in implementing the larger Hebron vision.

Hebron English Ministry has been a ministry dedicated to building the body of Christ in Chicagoland for over 30 years.
Hebron Presbyterian Church is a part of the Korean American Presbyterian Church (KAPC) denomination and started as a faith community for Korean immigrants. We are a church that is Reformed/Presbyterian in our theology and accent of faith. As the church grew and the congregation started to adjust to their new home in Chicago, an English-speaking ministry was formed to address the changing needs of 2nd generation Korean Americans.
Today, Hebron English Ministry is a mix of students, young professionals, and families that are curious about a God who embraces, encourages, and empowers us.
